When you book the Traveling Sommelier, you’ll get a private, interactive tasting guided by one or two of our Sommeliers. We make the process easy for you - select a date and time, and tell us a bit about yourself and your group, and we'll take care of creating a theme and all the necessary materials needed for a fantastic experience.
What to expect?
Your Somms will come directly to your location, for a 90 minute, interactive, engaging & informative wine or spirit tasting. We’ll provide the wines/spirits, tasting notes, pens and glassware. We offer formal, sit down experiences or casual, walk around experiences for larger groups or corporate events.
How does pricing work?
Your final pricing will reflect a Somm fee, glassware and the price of the alcohol (which will vary depending on your party size)
Where does The Traveling Somm Travel to?
The Traveling Sommelier happily travels to Montauk, Amagansett, East Hampton, Wainscott, Sagaponack, Bridgehampton, Watermill & Southampton (fees vary for other locations).
What About Food?
The Traveling Sommelier travels with libations only. We typically recommend our guests provide a charcuterie board to complement our offerings. We’ll work with you to customize cheeses and meats etc, to perfectly pair with whatever we’re pouring.
Can I gift The Traveling Sommelier to someone?
Absolutely! Your gift card will apply directly to the cost of their session. Contact us for details on how.
What if cancellation or rescheduling needs arise?
Cancellation with full refund of deposit is accepted up to 7 days prior to the event date. No refunds are given for cancellations after this point.
