The Do It Yourself Negroni

When you’re looking for a classic cocktail to enjoy before a meal, few are as satisfying as the famous Negroni.

A sophisticated aperitif featuring at 2 to 1 ratio of Gin to Campari and Sweet Vermouth, so easy you can mix it up in no time! Simply mix 1 ounce of the gin, Campari & sweet vermouth in a mixing glass. Add ice, stir and strain over a large cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel and serve.

While it’s typically stirred and served on the rocks, the Negroni can also be shaken and strained into a martini glass with a lemon twist.
